We know you want your Mean Girl gear in your hands ASAP. Here’s what to expect after you place your order.
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, events, or periods of high order volume.
Some Mean Girl apparel and merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by one of our production partners. Because of this, items from the same order may be produced and shipped separately.
Shipping Times Shipping times begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, product availability, and shipping method selected at checkout.
You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers if your order contains products fulfilled from different locations.
Self Defense Products Certain self defense products may be subject to carrier, state, or local shipping restrictions. Pepper spray, stun devices, and other regulated products cannot be shipped to every location or by every shipping method.
Customers are responsible for knowing the laws regarding possession and use of self defense products in their area. If we are unable to legally or safely fulfill an item to your shipping destination, we may cancel that portion of your order and issue a refund.
Tracking When tracking is available, you’ll receive shipping information once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after a label has been created.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Mean Girl Self Defense is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and tracking. If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and contents so we can help.
Product Availability & Substitutions Colors, styles, packaging, and designs of individual items included in our kits may vary slightly from what is pictured based on availability. Any substitutions will be comparable in function and quality.
